The 5600sq foot facility allows students, partners, and the community a collaborative space for R&D, innovation, and imagination.  The configurable space is perfect for companies wanting to test ideas, or space for students to learn and build.

You can book space in the facility using our facility booking calendar to schedule time.

Our flexible classroom area includes:

  • Dell All-in-One Windows computers for use
  • Overhead Projector
  • Projector Screen
  • 55″ LED display monitor 

Access to our students lounge with a Keurig, beverage refrigerator, dining table, and additional seating.

Practice space

Makerspace

The ARIC facility will include a Makerspace used for innovation, collaboration, and education. Here, aspiring inventors, artists, tinkerers, and tech enthusiasts can work together to turn their ideas into realities. Our Makerspace will be equipped with cutting-edge tools including 3D printers, an Epson Plotter, and CNC routers to encourage modern technology and hands-on craftsmanship. Whether you’re a novice looking to explore new horizons or a seasoned creator seeking to refine your skills, our Makerspace offers a nurturing environment where learning, experimenting, and sharing knowledge are at the forefront. Join us in this vibrant community, where innovation flourishes, and the possibilities are limited only by the bounds of your own imagination.

3D Printers

Bamboo Labs X1C

3D printers use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D images using vector-based graphics, before printing those graphics in materials like resin and plastic. These printers are used to create prototypes, learning tools, and even build houses. The possibilities are endless, making 3D printers a game-changer for anyone.

Laser Engraver/Cutter

XTool P2 55W co2

the P2 55W CO2 laser engraver/cutter can cut most materials.  With exception of cutting metals, the P2 can cut through verious woods,including hardwoods, acrylic, and cardboard.  You can use the P2 to ingrave woods, acrylics, glass, and coated metals.  

The cutting area is a large 26″ x 14″ and can accommodate larger jobs with the attachable conveyer .  A rotery attachment is also availabe for use with round items like water bottles, wine glasses, etc.

HP large format plotter

The HP large format printer allows users to create a single large print or poster for personal use. The Plotter use CYMK color formats to print.
